Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily processing of financial transactions and accounting entries.
- Support the finance team in preparing monthly financial reports and data reconciliations.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation, ensuring compliance with internal record-keeping policies.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in the company's financial software systems.
- Support the team during internal and external audit preparation processes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to financial process improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a high GPA are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas).
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship duration for at least 3 to 6 months.
