Are you a detail-oriented finance enthusiast looking to kickstart your career with a leading e-commerce enabler? SIRCLO is seeking a highly motivated Finance Intern (Superset) to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a critical part in our financial operations, ensuring data integrity and supporting our Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our finance team to reconcile transaction data and maintain accurate financial records, gaining exposure to industry-standard financial software and workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Extract, process, and reconcile marketplace (MP) transaction data with high precision.
- Upload and verify financial data into the Vision system efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Accounts Receivable (AR) team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assist in identifying discrepancies and investigating variances in financial reports.
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation to ensure audit-readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve transaction-related inquiries.
- Support the preparation of weekly or monthly financial summaries for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas are a plus).
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of financial accounting principles and ledger entries.
- Willingness to learn new software systems and internal finance workflows.
- Available for a full-time internship duration.
