Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily data entry and maintenance of financial records using ERP systems.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable teams in processing invoices and reconciliations.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking documentation.
- Conduct document verification to ensure compliance with internal audit standards.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and administrative financial tasks.
- Support the team in analyzing financial discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial filing systems for audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship duration of at least 3-6 months.
