Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of daily financial records and documentation.
- Support the finance department in reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
- Help process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash transactions.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in the company's financial software.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and budget tracking updates.
- Support the team during internal and external audit preparations.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect necessary financial data and paperwork.
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department.
Kualifikasi
- Current undergraduate student (final year preferred) or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute to team goals.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 3-month internship program in Jakarta Utara.
