Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the overall financial health of the organization by managing investment portfolios and analyzing market trends.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support organizational goals.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, for stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough investment analysis and risk assessment to maximize returns and minimize exposure.
- Ensure strict compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and internal governance policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investment management, financial planning, or a similar senior finance role.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale investment portfolios and achieving financial targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CFP are highly preferred.
