PT Global Futura Sinergi is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Lead to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Pusat. As a Finance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic growth of our organization by overseeing all financial operations, ensuring fiscal health, and providing actionable insights to the management team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire finance department, including accounting, tax, and financial reporting functions.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Manage cash flow, budget forecasting, and capital expenditure planning to support business goals.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners to ensure full compliance.
- Analyze financial performance and provide regular reports/recommendations to the leadership team.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and oversee monthly closing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial management or senior accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in financial software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero), and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing small-to-medium teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
