Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the overall finance department, including financial planning, analysis (FP&A), and reporting.
- Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term business objectives.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process and monthly financial forecasting to ensure resource optimization.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Present complex financial data to the board of directors and senior management clearly and concisely.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading finance teams and managing large-scale budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
