We are currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to join our team in Surabaya. This is a pivotal role where you will oversee all financial aspects of the company, ensuring fiscal health, compliance, and providing data-driven insights that steer our business strategy forward.
As the Finance Manager, you will serve as a key business partner to the management team, transforming financial data into actionable insights to drive growth and operational efficiency. You will lead financial planning, manage internal controls, and ensure accurate reporting in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a proactive professional with a strong background in accounting principles and financial management to help us navigate our next phase of expansion.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and oversee the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure business liquidity.
- Lead the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and tax regulations.
- Perform comprehensive variance analysis to identify financial performance trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls and accounting policies to ensure data integrity and operational compliance.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions to ensure seamless business operations.
- Drive cost-optimization initiatives by analyzing operational expenses and resource allocation across the organization.
- Supervise the finance team, providing mentorship and guidance to foster a high-performance culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/CA/CFA) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management or accounting, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, local financial regulations, and PSAK accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for complex financial modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and developing accounting teams.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
