Sant Group Indonesia is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations in Jakarta Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the fiscal health of the company, managing cash flow, and providing actionable insights to leadership to drive growth. As our Finance Manager, you will lead the financial planning and analysis functions, manage regulatory compliance, and ensure our accounting practices adhere to the highest standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and budget planning to support operational efficiency and strategic objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as needed.
- Analyze financial performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage and mentor the finance team to foster professional growth and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA certification is a strong plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in financial management or accounting roles.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws, accounting standards (PSAK), and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a high degree of integrity.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is highly desirable.
