Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement robust budget plans and conduct regular variance analysis to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, etc.) and coordinate with external auditors.
- Oversee cash flow management and liquidity planning to support operational requirements.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and reports to the management team to facilitate decision-making.
- Develop and refine internal financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Supervise the finance team and provide guidance on professional development and performance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s/CPA is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, financial accounting standards (PSAK), and reporting requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is highly regarded.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
