Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of 2 finance professionals to achieve departmental objectives
- Design, implement, and maintain robust financial systems and internal controls
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic business decisions
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize payment processing workflows
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics for finance department evaluation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management role
- Proven track record in building financial systems from scratch
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 2+ members
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification preferred
