Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational requirements.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making.
- Manage tax compliance, including VAT, corporate income tax, and mandatory local filings.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as required.
- Implement and improve internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA is a plus).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting management role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and accounting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English is highly desirable.
