Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including general ledger maintenance and monthly financial reporting.
- Develop and implement annual budgets and financial forecasts in alignment with company goals.
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage inventory valuation and product costing for jewelry lines.
- Prepare financial statements and provide regular analytical reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the retail or luxury goods sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero, or Accurate).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
