Are you a seasoned financial professional with a passion for the culinary industry? PT Sukses Belajar Kuliner is seeking a strategic and analytical Finance Manager to join our team in Yogyakarta. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring fiscal compliance, and driving profitability for our growing food and beverage outlets in the region.
In this role, you will lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, manage cash flow, and provide actionable insights to senior management. We are looking for a data-driven individual who can streamline accounting workflows and contribute to the long-term sustainable growth of our business. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and oversee the annual budget process and rolling forecasts for regional operations.
- Manage the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Supervise the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian taxation laws and local financial regulations.
- Monitor cash flow patterns and optimize working capital to support operational efficiency.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to management to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
- Implement internal control policies to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification like CPA/CA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, PPN).
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing a finance/accounting team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
