Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements) for stakeholders
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and tax requirements
- Monitor and optimize cash flow to maintain liquidity and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead financial audits and maintain accurate documentation for regulatory purposes
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- 5+ years of finance management experience in hospitality/F&B industry
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; cross-cultural communication skills
