Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? Graha Megaria Raya is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Finance Manager to join our team at our premium property in the heart of Seminyak, Bali.
As our Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of our hotel. You will oversee all aspects of financial operations, from budget management and tax compliance to insightful reporting that drives strategic decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented leader to make a significant impact in one of Bali’s most vibrant tourist destinations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality accounting, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial and accounting operations, including daily revenue audits, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations, licensing, and hotel industry financial standards.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for stakeholders.
- Manage inventory control, procurement processes, and cost management initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to mitigate risk.
- Lead and mentor the finance department team, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s/CPA is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the hospitality/hotel industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, VAT) and hospitality reporting standards (USALI).
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and accounting systems (e.g., VHP, Xero, or SAP).
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with excellent attention to detail.
