Sanjaya International Fishery is currently seeking a highly analytical and bilingual Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. As a key leader in our financial operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance processes. The ideal candidate must possess a strong command of Mandarin to effectively bridge communication with our international partners and stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies, budgets, and forecasting models.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Coordinate directly with Chinese-speaking management and stakeholders to report on financial performance.
- Oversee cash flow management, treasury operations, and internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Supervise the finance and accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth potential.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the manufacturing or maritime industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory for effective communication with internal and external partners.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws, customs regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
