Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Develop and implement robust financial reporting systems to track cost efficiency in textile production.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and corporate standards.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for manufacturing operations.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws (PPh, VAT) and reporting requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and manage treasury functions to maintain optimal liquidity for production cycles.
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze variances and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA designation is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Finance Manager or Controller role, specifically within the manufacturing or textile industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting and inventory valuation.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written) is essential for this role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead multicultural teams effectively.
