You will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by managing reimbursement processes, coordinating tax matters, and performing precise bank reconciliations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily financial operations and general accounting entries.
- Facilitate clear communication between internal departments and Mandarin-speaking headquarters or partners.
- Oversee the reimbursement process, ensuring all claims are verified and compliant with company policy.
- Coordinate tax-related tasks, including reporting and regulatory documentation.
- Execute accurate bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements.
- Maintain systematic accounts receivable monitoring to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
