Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with fluency in Mandarin? PT Venus Indo Prima is looking for a talented Finance Mandarin Speaker to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and facilitating clear communication across our cross-border business activities.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our local financial processes and international reporting standards. You will be responsible for accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, and providing analytical insights that drive our decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy in bookkeeping.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Facilitate smooth communication with international stakeholders in Mandarin.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against company objectives.
- Support the tax filing process and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Provide translation and interpretation support for financial documents and meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; HSK 5/6 certification is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a cross-functional team.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting standards in Indonesia.
