Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping in accordance with company policies.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking business partners and stakeholders regarding financial inquiries.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and balance sheets for management review.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable across multiple currencies.
- Facilitate communication between local operations and international branches to ensure financial alignment.
- Support the finance team with tax documentation, audit preparation, and budget monitoring.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data and organizational information.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Full professional proficiency in both Mandarin (written and spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong working knowledge of financial software and MS Excel.
- Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a multinational company setting.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive team player with excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
