Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily company financial management and cash flow operations.
- Perform accurate accounting documentation and maintain financial ledgers.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual financial reports for management review.
- Conduct regular cost audits to identify potential savings and optimize operational expenses.
- Manage tax reporting, filing, and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Communicate financial data and reports to Mandarin-speaking partners or stakeholders.
- Support the finance department in auditing processes and internal control improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and financial regulations.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
