This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations and acting as a bridge for communication between local operations and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end financial administration of our daily activities. You will play a key role in ensuring that financial data is accurate, compliant, and delivered in a timely manner. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial administration including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reports.
- Maintain effective communication and documentation in both Mandarin and Indonesian for cross-border transactions.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations and internal financial policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline financial workflows.
- Maintain well-organized financial filing systems and digital records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge cultural and linguistic gaps.
