Tanggung Jawab
- Manage monthly financial reporting and budget forecasting for Indonesia operations
- Coordinate with Chinese headquarters for consolidated financial statements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and treasury operations
- Conduct variance analysis and financial performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and audit requirements
- Support cross-border transaction processing and currency hedging
- Train finance team on Mandarin documentation standards
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Native Mandarin proficiency (verbal/written) and business-level English
- Expertise in Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling experience
- ERP system proficiency (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Certification (Akuntan Publik/Brevet B) highly valued
- Experience in multinational manufacturing/construction industry
