Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is tracked accurately in the accounting system.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to support operational requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate budget planning and expense monitoring.
- Maintain compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Assist in year-end audits and prepare necessary documentation.
- Identify process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, or Bookkeeping role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
