Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data recording and reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for management review
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting activities
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Support audits and maintain organized financial documentation
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or MYOB)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
