Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives
- Monitor daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasting documents
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal controls, and financial reporting standards
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor relationships
- Conduct regular audits of financial systems and implement process improvements
- Support strategic financial planning for expansion and operational enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in F&B or hospitality
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Certification in accounting (e.g., AK, Brevet A/B) is highly desirable
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
