As our Finance Operational Admin, you will be the backbone of our administrative processes, bridging the gap between financial reporting and daily office management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and vouchers with high precision.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of financial operational tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for all financial records.
- Monitor office operational expenses and ensure they align with company policies.
- Support payroll processing and employee claim reconciliations.
- Assist management in auditing financial activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or financial support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Resident of or willing to relocate to Sleman, Yogyakarta.
