Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial operations, including AP/AR, cash flow management, and monthly closing processes.
- Oversee financial reporting for retail and F&B outlets to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Analyze operational costs and implement cost-saving strategies to improve profit margins.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop accurate budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Maintain internal control systems and ensure adherence to company financial policies.
- Monitor inventory and supply chain financial records to optimize working capital.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational variances.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance operations, preferably within the Retail or F&B industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of retail POS systems and their integration with financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven track record in process improvement and financial stewardship.
