- Lead and manage end-to-end finance projects, including digital transformation initiatives and process improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between finance, IT, and other departments
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and financial regulations
- Drive the implementation of financial systems and process automation
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization
- Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance project management, with at least 2 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully managing finance-related projects and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, processes, and industry best practices
- Excellent project management skills with experience using project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems implementation
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus
