In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our regional operations.
You will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle of Accounts Receivable, ensuring accurate tax administration, and managing day-to-day petty cash with precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including monitoring customer payments and reconciliation.
- Handle timely and accurate invoicing procedures to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Administer petty cash transactions, ensuring all documentation is filed according to company policy.
- Prepare and process tax-related documents (VAT/PPh) to maintain full regulatory compliance.
- Generate accurate periodic financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies or payment inquiries.
- Assist in year-end audits and internal financial review processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Pajak).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong integrity and ability to work with confidential information.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya and work in a full-time capacity.
