Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely financial transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee budget preparation, monitoring, and cost control initiatives
- Coordinate tax compliance and financial audits
- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Develop financial models for project profitability forecasting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum 3 years of finance experience in construction or real estate
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (S1 Akuntansi) preferred
