Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial transactions and process accounts with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure full compliance with internal financial guidelines, audit requirements, and client-specific processes.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing inquiries with compassion and efficiency.
- Perform regular data reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve process efficiency.
- Handle sensitive financial documentation with complete confidentiality and adherence to data privacy standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a financial role, BPO, or customer service environment is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high aptitude for numbers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
