Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Serve as the primary financial liaison for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and business partners.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely settlement.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget planning and forecasting activities.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and internal financial policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin (oral and written) is mandatory.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws and local accounting standards (PSAK).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and attention to detail.
