Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management review and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking partners and stakeholders to reconcile accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and internal financial policies.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain financial records and documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support cross-departmental projects by providing financial insights and data analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Fluent in Mandarin (minimum HSK 5 certification or equivalent) is strictly required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero, or Accurate).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Proactive, independent, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to foster professional relationships with international stakeholders.
