In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and bridging communication between our local operations and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain effective communication with Chinese-speaking headquarters/partners regarding financial updates and reports.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget forecasting and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate tax filings (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records and documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and explanations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory to liaise with overseas counterparts.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-cultural professional setting.
