In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and acting as a key liaison between our local operations and PMA (Penanaman Modal Asing) stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate seamlessly with PMA entities to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory alignment.
- Perform thorough budget analysis, variance tracking, and cost management to optimize financial performance.
- Oversee tax compliance and ensure all financial processes adhere to Indonesian tax regulations.
- Facilitate communication between local departments and Mandarin-speaking investors or partners.
- Maintain financial records with high integrity and ensure compliance with internal audit standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory for this position.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management or corporate accounting.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and PMA reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
