Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate data entry for all financial records and ensure compliance with internal accounting policies.
- Prepare regular financial reports, including cash flow statements and budget tracking for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims.
- Maintain well-organized filing systems for financial documentation and audit trails.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex numerical problems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English.
