PT Sinarsakti Anekasarana is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Staff to join our growing team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our financial health by ensuring accurate billing, efficient payment scheduling, and precise account reconciliation. Tanggung Jawab
- Issue, distribute, and manage client invoices professionally.
- Conduct active accounts receivable collection to ensure timely payments.
- Process, record, and maintain an organized schedule of all outgoing payments.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy.
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting tasks.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all financial transactions.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
- Assist the finance team in monitoring cash flow and budgetary adherence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- High integrity, honest, and capable of maintaining confidentiality regarding financial data.
