You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of financial transactions, ensuring accurate banking reconciliations, managing accounts payable/receivable, and supporting our management team with precise financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Handle end-to-end payment processing for vendors and internal operations.
- Maintain comprehensive banking administration and documentation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the month-end closing process.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure all financial data is recorded in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track expenditures and verify supporting documents.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and internal audits when required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial accounting software.
- Deep understanding of banking procedures, reconciliation, and tax regulations.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in professional English.
