Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts daily to ensure complete accuracy.
- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable documents in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records according to company standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track expenditures and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Support the tax filing process by ensuring all financial documentation is updated and compliant.
- Conduct regular cash flow tracking and provide updates to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and data integrity.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict monthly closing deadlines.
- Good command of Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- Highly ethical, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive financial information.
