Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily internal and external payment processes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on cash flow status to support departmental operational requirements.
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices, vouchers, and expense claims for departmental review.
- Maintain systematic financial records and ensure all documentation complies with company audit standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to reconcile outstanding accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and proprietary company information.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English for professional communication.
- Willingness to be based in Kuta Selatan, Bali.
