Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings (PPh 21, 23, 25, VAT) in accordance with local regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for F&B operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure financial documentation is complete and compliant.
- Maintain fixed asset records and perform periodic inventory audits.
- Support the finance manager in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and general accounting principles.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex financial discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Indonesian and English.
