Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and record daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all ledger entries are balanced and error-free.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of invoices and expense claims.
- Maintain physical and digital financial records in compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
- Assist in the budgeting process and financial forecasting to support operational decision-making.
- Monitor and manage petty cash disbursements and office expenditures efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or SAP).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, Final, PPN).
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
