PT Mega Karya Sembada Plus is currently seeking a highly motivated Finance Staff to join our growing team in Bandung. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the fiscal health of our organization by managing daily transactions, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring seamless administrative operations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and record daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all ledger entries are balanced and error-free.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of invoices and expense claims.
  • Maintain physical and digital financial records in compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
  • Assist in the budgeting process and financial forecasting to support operational decision-making.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash disbursements and office expenditures efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or SAP).
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, Final, PPN).
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
