Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily banking transactions and company fund transfers with high accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments to vendors and partners.
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and verify ledger entries.
- Maintain systematic financial records and digital documentation of all transactions.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for management review and audit purposes.
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor operational cash flow requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and tax regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and popular accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Strong understanding of general ledger, tax filing, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and meet tight deadlines.
