Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation efficiently.
- Maintain and monitor project budgets to ensure compliance with company financial policies.
- Prepare tax reports and assist with annual tax filings as required.
- Provide support during internal and external audits to ensure financial transparency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance (mining industry experience is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or MYOB).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, VAT).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight financial deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor.
