Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.
- Monitor and manage petty cash and bank reconciliations on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the operations team to track project-based expenses and budget adherence.
- Maintain well-organized financial filing systems and digital records.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary financial schedules and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of basic accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong integrity and ethical standards in managing financial data.
