Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget forecasting and monitoring activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, local tax regulations, and accounting standards.
- Maintain and update financial databases and filing systems for audit readiness.
- Reconcile bank statements and process internal payment requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate financial documentation for all operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative financial roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Solid understanding of local tax regulations (Pajak) and financial reporting principles.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
