Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions with meticulous documentation
- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports including balance sheets and income statements
- Compile and process customer invoices while maintaining accurate accounts receivable records
- Monitor financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for financial planning
- Coordinate with procurement and sales departments for invoice verification
- Maintain organized financial archives for audit and reference purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail with numerical accuracy
