Tanggung Jawab
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and general ledger entries on a periodic basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management statements.
- Manage petty cash records and ensure all documentation adheres to company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify financial data and support project budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with taxation regulations (PPh, PPN) and statutory filing requirements.
- Support the annual audit process by organizing financial records and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or MYOB).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
